This job opportunity is for a full-time Event Marketing Manager within TP’s North America Field Marketing team. The role is designed for a dynamic professional who will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a wide portfolio of events including industry trade shows, national engagement events, regional in-person events, as well as virtual and hybrid formats. The primary objective of these activations is to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and enhance client engagement to support the North America sales teams effectively.

As an Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting to ensure seamless event delivery that meets corporate goals. A critical part of the role involves driving target audience registrations and attendance, as well as securing knowledgeable speakers to provide rich thought leadership content at each event. You will stay abreast of the latest event trends and best practices while collaborating closely with broader marketing teams to leverage shared learning, tools, and resources.

This role is predominantly work-from-home but requires significant travel, approximately 1-2 times per month, depending on business needs. The target salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with an additional 5% bonus opportunity based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have more than 7 years of event marketing experience, preferably in the B2B services or technology sectors, and a proven record of managing large-scale corporate events including logistics and VIP engagements. Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as well as proficiency with core software tools such as Microsoft Office suite and event management platforms like Cvent or Eventbrite. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines, is also crucial. This role demands creativity, high energy, and a commitment to delivering innovative customer engagement experiences that drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in event marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms
  • Strong project and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Must pass mandatory pre-employment background and drug tests

Job Qualifications

  • 7 plus years event marketing experience in B2B services or technology industry preferred
  • Experience with corporate-level event management including production, marketing, and logistics
  • Marketing or related degree preferred
  • Ability to manage events across multiple time zones or regions with a strategic and proactive mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and event management software such as Cvent, Goldcast, or Eventbrite
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills delivering events on time and within budget
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative
  • Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain relationships with vendors, peers, partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel to event locations
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening checks

Job Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution ensuring alignment with corporate goals
  • Oversee logistics for trade show booths, VIP events, and regional in-person or virtual events
  • Manage event budgets, timeline, and reporting including ROI analysis
  • Secure speakers and drive target audience registrations and attendance
  • Collaborate with broader marketing teams on integrated event strategies
  • Advocate for continuous improvement and innovation in event approaches
  • Provide white-glove support for attendees during events
