With a workforce of over 410,000 passionate and inspired individuals fluent in more than 300 languages, TP uniquely combines global scale with local presence. This allows the company to positively impact communities, support clients effectively, and contribute responsibly to environmental sustainability.

The organization is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued, inspired, and supported. TP believes in the importance of creating an environment conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance, which in turn drives employee productivity, creativity, and engagement. The company offers extensive benefits, including paid training, competitive wages, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, paid time off, and robust employee wellness and engagement programs.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Event Marketing Manager to join the North America Field Marketing team. This is a 100 percent remote position, with the important requirement of approximately 1-2 business trips monthly, based on organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, with an attractive 5 percent annual bonus opportunity.

As an integral member of the team, the Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of a wide array of events including industry trade shows, owned national engagement events, sponsored and owned regional in-person events, as well as virtual and hybrid events. These events play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and engaging clients to support the sales teams effectively. The role focuses heavily on business growth by facilitating new business revenue streams, nurturing existing client relationships, and generating qualified leads.

The Event Marketing Manager will manage budgets meticulously, oversee logistics, and provide detailed post-event reporting ensuring the smooth execution of all engagements. Managing registrations and attendance targets and securing influential speakers to build thought leadership content are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, this role requires staying current with the latest trends and best practices in event marketing and collaborating closely with other marketing teams to leverage collective resources, tools, and strategies for maximum impact.

Ideal candidates will bring at least seven years of event marketing experience within the B2B services or technology sectors and possess proven success in corporate-level event management covering production, marketing, and logistics. Technical proficiency with event management software such as Cvent, Goldcast, ON24, Eventbrite, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is essential. The position demands excellent communication and leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.

Innovation and continuous improvement are strongly encouraged, with the candidate expected to advocate for new ideas and effective approaches to enhance event engagement and ROI. The manager will also engage in post-event activities including analysis and leveraging social media to amplify event participation and brand reach. Providing outstanding support to event attendees further underscores the commitment to exceptional client and partner relations. At TP, career growth is highly supported, with success stories such as the Chief Client Officer rising from an agent to a top company role, exemplifying potential and opportunities within the organization.
