The Events Marketing Manager role at Estiatorio Milos plays a crucial part in supporting the marketing, business development, and partnership efforts related to the brand’s extensive events portfolio, including the exciting Milos at Sea luxury hospitality offering. Working closely with the Vice President of Events, this position is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing lead generation activities, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple locations. The role requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and relationship management expertise to successfully coordinate creative assets, promotional materials, and event sales initiatives. This manager supports the growth of business opportunities through development and nurturing of key industry partnerships and prospects, including luxury brands, corporations, travel advisors, and event planners. The Events Marketing Manager also assists in managing key logistics such as timelines, budgets, reporting, and communication between internal teams and external partners.
This onsite position offers flexibility in work location among West Palm Beach, Miami, or New York City and involves regular travel to support business needs and industry engagement. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for luxury hospitality and a proven capacity to manage multiple complex projects within a fast-paced environment. They will also contribute to the strategic planning and performance evaluation of the events department by providing insightful data analysis and comprehensive reporting. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and events preferably in fine dining or high-end hospitality
- bachelor’s degree in marketing event management hospitality management communications business or related field preferred
- experience in luxury hospitality luxury travel yachting private aviation destination marketing or ultra-high-net-worth client services is an asset
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- experience managing timelines budgets vendors and event logistics preferred
- proficiency in microsoft office and project management platforms preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
- professional presence with sound judgment
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- willingness to travel and maintain flexible schedule

Job Duties
- coordinate creative assets and promotional materials for events
- maintain marketing and event calendars and oversee timelines
- execute event-focused marketing initiatives
- oversee venue listing platforms and marketing channels
- support development of event sales collateral and presentations
- build and maintain prospect databases
- research and identify target corporations and key decision-makers
- execute outbound prospecting campaigns
- track prospect activity and pipeline performance

- coordinate site tours and networking initiatives
- support partnership initiatives and industry events
- support growth of Milos at Sea lead generation
- develop sales materials and marketing assets for Milos at Sea
- track inquiries and booking activity
- assist with luxury travel events and trade shows
- maintain project plans and timelines
- coordinate communications among stakeholders
- organize meeting agendas and follow-up
- maintain organized records and documentation
- track lead sources and conversion rates
- prepare monthly performance reports
- provide reporting and analysis for strategic planning
