Job Requirements

  • locally based and able to work from the office three days a week
  • physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform extensive walking and standing for long periods
  • minimum eight years experience in field marketing and event management
  • strong project management skills

  • flexibility to travel up to 40 percent

Job Duties

  • manage the planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer programs
  • develop vendor relationships and coordinate logistics selection, vendor management, on-site support, and post-event reporting
  • collaborate with sales to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and follow-up strategies
  • manage campaign performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and lead handoff to sales
  • work cross-functionally with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency
  • own and manage tools related to registration, lead capture, and event operations
  • travel to support in-person events up to 40 percent
  • perform physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 20 pounds, unpacking materials, extensive walking, and standing for long periods while managing events
  • work from the office three days a week
