Job Requirements
- locally based and able to work from the office three days a week
- physically able to lift up to 20 pounds and perform extensive walking and standing for long periods
- minimum eight years experience in field marketing and event management
- strong project management skills

Job Duties
- manage the planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, executive dinners, partner activations, and customer programs
- develop vendor relationships and coordinate logistics selection, vendor management, on-site support, and post-event reporting
- collaborate with sales to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and follow-up strategies
- manage campaign performance tracking, pipeline attribution, and lead handoff to sales
- work cross-functionally with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency
- own and manage tools related to registration, lead capture, and event operations
- travel to support in-person events up to 40 percent
- perform physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 20 pounds, unpacking materials, extensive walking, and standing for long periods while managing events
- work from the office three days a week
