Known for its innovative approach and strong commitment to driving business growth, the company operates in a fast-paced environment that demands strategic thinking and effective execution of global marketing initiatives. With a focus on creating impactful customer engagement through event planning and field marketing, the company leverages cross-functional collaboration with various internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results. As a result, it has positioned itself as a leader in the marketing domain with a clear emphasis on aligning event strategies with sales and product marketing goals to maximize pipeline generation and revenue. The company fosters a collaborative work culture and supports its employees with resources needed for professional growth and success in their roles.

The role of Manager, Global Events and Field Marketing is pivotal within the company’s marketing department. This role requires seamless coordination with sales teams to identify target accounts, drive event attendance, and ensure effective follow-up for lead conversion. The Manager will also develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, handle logistical arrangements, and ensure on-site event support that contributes to a smooth and successful event delivery.

Additionally, this role demands ownership of event-related tools for registration, lead capture, and operations, as well as collaboration with content, design, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts. The ability to analyze campaign performance, track pipeline attribution, and manage lead handoff processes is crucial for this position. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel, up to 40%, to support in-person events, and physically able to perform tasks such as lifting materials up to 20 pounds, unpacking, extensive walking, standing for long hours, and overseeing event setup and breakdown. The company requires the candidate to be locally based and work from the office for at least three days per week to ensure effective collaboration and integration within the team.

This role is ideal for a results-driven, highly organized marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a proactive, self-starter attitude. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively interfacing with sales, vendors, and executive-level stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The Manager, Global Events and Field Marketing, plays a critical role in driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and supporting revenue growth through well-executed field marketing and event programs that elevate brand presence and enhance customer engagement on a global scale.
