- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, event/trade show marketing, communication

Job Duties
- Assist the event marketing manager with planning, coordination, and execution of RCN Capital's event marketing initiatives
- Develop assets and content for event promotion
- Manage employee travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Create and distribute detailed event itineraries
- Coordinate event-related purchases such as electricity, material handling, shipping, and on-site needs
- Schedule executive meetings related to events and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event logistics execution
