Trimble is a global technology company renowned for connecting the physical and digital worlds, thereby transforming the way work is accomplished across multiple essential industries. With a strong emphasis on innovation, Trimble excels in precise positioning, advanced modeling, and data analytics, serving industries such as construction, geospatial, and transportation. The company’s technologies help customers effectively build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize supply chains, and map the world. Trimble’s commitment to improving productivity and progress makes it a leader in its field, constantly pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve in the real world.
As a Sports Marketing and Event Coordinator focused on AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations), you will play a critical role within Trimble’s Brand Team in North America. This position offers a unique opportunity for enthusiastic and proactive professionals looking to build and advance their careers in corporate sports marketing. You will gain hands-on experience managing event logistics, coordinating promotional assets, and executing brand activations that highlight Trimble’s cutting-edge technology and dedication to a purpose-driven culture. These efforts directly contribute to Trimble’s broader mission to make work faster, safer, and more sustainable.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end logistics of live events and brand activations, including tasks such as arranging shipping, catering, and vendor relationships. Supporting senior team members, you will track deliverables and timelines to ensure that partnerships with sports organizations and internal stakeholders are well managed. Another vital aspect of your work will involve overseeing promotional asset inventories and shipping schedules, which ensure that the brand maintains a strong presence within the sports ecosystem. Additionally, collaboration with creative and brand teams will be key to delivering consistent, high-quality messaging and setup at various event platforms.
This role requires excellent organizational skills to maintain project files, handle task lists, and manage event calendars, maintaining a well-aligned operation leading to on-time delivery. Located across key offices in Westminster, CO; Portland, OR; and Atlanta, GA, the position typically requires being on-site four days per week, with up to 25% travel across North America. Trimble offers this role with a salary range of $55,000 to $75,600 annually, reflecting its commitment to attract motivated professionals who aspire to contribute to impactful marketing and event operations.
The role presents many advantages, including working on meaningful projects that have a tangible positive impact on millions of people worldwide, collaborating with a like-minded, supportive team environment, and embracing a culture that encourages ownership and entrepreneurial spirit. Trimble’s workplace culture fosters inclusion, innovation, and growth, making it an excellent environment for professionals who thrive on teamwork and purpose. Working at Trimble means engaging in projects that matter, in a culture that values bold thinking and pragmatic solutions, supporting your development and career advancement within a global technology leader.
