Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing event management sports management communications business or equivalent practical experience
- 0.5 - 2 years of professional experience with a strong background in internships or campus leadership in sports marketing event planning or brand promotion
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic ability to engage with diverse audiences in writing and in person
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take direction learn quickly and see projects through from start to finish
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented inclusive environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate end-to-end logistical and administrative tasks for live events and brand activations including shipping catering and vendor coordination
- Support senior team members in managing relationships with sports partners and internal stakeholders by tracking deliverables and timelines
- Monitor inventory of promotional assets and track shipping schedules to maximize brand visibility within the sports ecosystem
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to coordinate high-quality messaging and setup across event platforms
- Maintain organized project files task lists and event calendars to ensure operational alignment and on-time delivery
