The scope includes digital event production support and active moderation, as well as organizing physical events, managing venue logistics, catering, and audiovisual requirements. The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational policies such as travel, gifts, and hospitality approvals, facilitating budget controls, purchase orders, and detailed reporting.

The ideal candidate will also continuously explore innovative ways of enhancing digital and hybrid events, training colleagues on platform capabilities, and maintaining high standards of client service management. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop professionally within a vibrant marketing agency while engaging with one of the world’s leading brands. It requires flexibility, resourcefulness, and a passion for technology marketing, aligning strategic insights with hands-on event coordination to deliver exceptional results.
