We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Event Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role within our company. The Event Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our events and shows, ensuring that each engagement reflects our brand values and drives meaningful customer interactions. The role involves managing a dynamic team of Brand Ambassadors, guiding and motivating them to deliver exceptional event experiences.

As the Event Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities include the identification and research of relevant events and shows within designated territories. You will be entrusted with negotiating contracts with event vendors, securing the best opportunities for our brand to be represented effectively. One of your critical tasks will be to create and maintain an annual calendar of events, ensuring strategic planning and optimal resource allocation throughout the year. Recruiting, hiring, and training event demonstrators who resonate with our brand personality and values is a vital part of this role. You will also be tasked with scheduling demonstrators across events, supervising the set-up and tear-down of booth displays, and ensuring seamless event operations.

Your communication skills will be instrumental in interacting with event attendees, gathering contest entries, and facilitating appointments for free in-home consultations during events. You will follow up on contest participants to schedule consultations, which drives our lead generation efforts. Analytical skills will be equally important as you measure event outcomes, compile reports, and evaluate the success of each event to continuously refine our approach. This role is ideal for someone energetic, outgoing, and exceptionally organized who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working hands-on at customer-facing events. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds is necessary, reflecting the physical demands of the job. Flexibility in working weekends to maximize event opportunities is also required.
