The Event Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include identifying promising events and shows, negotiating contracts with vendors, and creating an annual calendar to strategically cover all relevant opportunities. The coordinator recruits, hires, and trains event demonstrators who reflect the brand’s values and enthusiasm, scheduling them to maximize event coverage and attendee interaction. Additionally, the coordinator manages booth and display setups and teardowns, ensuring that each event is professionally presented and leaves a memorable impression.
Engagement with event participants is a vital part of the role. The coordinator facilitates appointments for free in-home consultations during events and manages contest interactions to enhance lead generation. Measuring event outcomes and reporting results are essential for evaluating success and informing future marketing strategies. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, an energetic and outgoing personality, and superior planning and organizational abilities.
