Job Description

We are a dynamic team of creators, connectors, and brand storytellers dedicated to taking marketing beyond the digital realm and directly into people's lives through memorable and engaging face-to-face experiences. Our company specializes in event marketing that ignites action and inspires connections. From high-energy product launches to community-driven pop-ups, we deliver unforgettable moments that people remember, talk about, and share. Clients rely on us because we go beyond traditional marketing—we create compelling brand experiences that leave lasting impressions and drive meaningful customer engagement.

Based in Baltimore, MD, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Event Marketing Assistant to be the vibrant front-line ambassador for our brand experiences. This role is essential in translating brand campaigns into interactive, real-world engagements. As an Event Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for representing the brand at live events, retail activations, and community pop-ups, ensuring every interaction is memorable and impactful. You will engage attendees with energy and authenticity, share detailed product information, and facilitate mini-presentations and demos that simplify complex ideas while generating excitement. Your ability to connect with people will influence brand perception and enhance customer engagement, ultimately contributing to successful sales outcomes.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment where each day brings new challenges and chances to grow professionally. You will work closely with the marketing team to monitor event performance, gather valuable customer feedback, and help refine future campaigns. In addition to being on the ground during events, you will also assist in event setup, booth presentation, and breakdown, ensuring every element maintains a polished and professional look. This role not only fosters interpersonal skills and sales experience but also provides professional training in brand messaging and event execution.

We offer competitive pay, including incentives tied to event performance, and a workplace culture that values enthusiasm, teamwork, and creativity. Employees have the option to advance into team lead, field marketing, or event management positions, making this an excellent starting point for anyone passionate about marketing, branding, and live events. If you thrive in lively environments, enjoy connecting with people, and have a customer-first approach, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
