This manager actively participates in site inspections and supports the sales function through revenue forecasting and upselling of catering and audio-visual services. Moreover, the Event Manager is instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with event vendors to enhance event quality and efficiency.

Customer service excellence is integral to this role. Regular interaction with guests to obtain feedback ensures ongoing improvements to the event offerings and overall property service standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, customer-focused environments and has a passion for event planning and hospitality management.
