The property features six diverse food and beverage outlets including a three-meal restaurant, a fine dining establishment, a tea lounge, a vibrant bar, a pool cafe, and convenient in-room dining options. In addition to its impressive hospitality offerings, the Waldorf Astoria provides expansive event facilities with 12,000 square feet of meeting and function space designed to accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and events. Known for its sophisticated ambiance and exceptional service, the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas blends timeless elegance with modern luxury to create memorable guest experiences.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Event Manager to join the esteemed Catering and Events team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and seamless execution of conferences and special events hosted at the hotel. This position involves frequent client interaction and building strong, professional relationships to secure repeat and expanded business. As an Event Manager, you act as the primary on-site contact from event initiation to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and hotel standards. You will play a vital role in maximizing revenue opportunities through skillful upselling and event enhancements, contributing directly to the hotel's business growth. Collaboration and leadership are key components of this role, as you will guide your team to deliver excellence consistently, providing feedback and coaching where needed to maintain high service quality. The role also includes active participation in the sales process by supporting site visits and pre-event meetings to offer expert advice and demonstrate product knowledge.

Success in this role requires agility and composure, especially when addressing real-time challenges during events. Your ability to solve problems calmly and efficiently will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding the Waldorf Astoria's reputation for flawless hospitality. The position embodies the core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a focus on the present moment, all vital in creating a warm, welcoming environment for guests and clients alike.

At Hilton, which manages the Waldorf Astoria, we offer our team members exceptional benefits and support, including travel perks, stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health and wellness resources.
