Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with motor vehicle record
- Excellent management skills
- Customer focus and strong communication skills
- Leadership orientation and team leadership experience
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
- Proactive initiative and adaptability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in event staffing, security, or sports management preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Possess or willingness to obtain valid security license if required

- Ability to pass a background check
- Possess or willingness to obtain a valid security license if required
Job Duties
- Ensure all day-to-day operations are operating within company procedures
- Manage event operations including staff check-in, conflict support, and emergency situations
- Suggest operation strategies to improve execution and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate goals to operations team and maintain accurate records for reports
- Proactively communicate with customers and seek feedback to improve satisfaction
- Supervise and coach subordinates to maintain morale and productivity
- Mentor, coach, develop subordinates, and recruit and train team members
- Submit timely and accurate payroll records
- Be on call during weekends, evenings, and outside core business hours
- Perform other duties as required
