Job Duties
- Ensure all day-to-day operations follow company procedures
- Manage appropriate staffing levels for events
- Oversee event operation and staff check-in
- Support conflict resolution and emergency management
- Suggest operational improvements to management
- Communicate goals and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and coach subordinate staff
- Mentor and develop team members
- Recruit and train new staff as needed
- Submit payroll records accurately and timely
- Be on-call during weekends and evenings
- Perform additional duties as required
