Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year hotel experience
  • Flexible scheduling based on group activity
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year hotel experience
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems like Delphi.fdc
  • Experience in sales or event management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and coordinate teams
  • Proficiency in event planning and execution
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules based on event needs

Job Duties

  • Execute written sales agreements for events
  • Maintain liaison between customer and hotel departments
  • Maximize revenues and control expenses through negotiation
  • Ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for services and vendor agreements
  • Manage event billing including invoicing and payments
