The company culture thrives on empowering dynamic self-starters and difference-makers who are passionate about delivering exceptional results without constraints.

Joining itD means becoming part of a global community that supports career growth and personal development. Employees have a voice in shaping their career paths while contributing to causes that matter. The company works with leading Fortune 500 clients across various industries, providing opportunities to engage in high-impact projects and develop professionally. itD offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid holidays, a 401K plan with employer matching, and various networking and learning programs. With a focus on growth for both the company and its people, itD invests extensively in creating a supportive, respectful, and empowering work environment.

The Event Manager role at itD is a critical position dedicated to supporting the planning and execution of large-scale corporate conferences and experiential events. Working 100% remotely in the USA—preferably in the Central or Eastern Time zones—this W2 opportunity involves a partnership with a Fortune 500 client based in Silicon Valley. The chosen candidate will be a vital contributor in delivering world-class event experiences that engage attendees and support client business goals. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on event management, requiring a multitasking expert capable of managing multiple project streams simultaneously.

The Event Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, production vendors, and content leads to ensure seamless event execution. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of conference and experiential event management, including branding, signage production, content development, and speaker management. The role demands strong project management skills, excellent communication, and superior organizational capabilities to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule. The candidate must also demonstrate creativity and problem-solving acumen when facing challenges.

Key responsibilities include leading the event branding and signage management, coordinating with creative and production teams, managing multiple conference content tracks, and contributing ideas for experiential activations and ancillary networking events. Additionally, the Event Manager will play a vital role in managing speaker logistics, including approvals, onboarding, travel coordination, and rehearsal scheduling. A willingness to travel to support onsite event execution—particularly for the WebexOne 2026 event in Austin, Texas—is expected.

The role also offers internal collaborative opportunities within itD’s Communities of Practice, allowing the Event Manager to network, share industry insights, and enhance career development. Participation in internal meetings, contributing to case studies, and supporting thought leadership activities are integral parts of the position. It’s an opportunity to be part of a progressive and inclusive company culture while working at the forefront of digital transformation and enterprise event innovation.
