Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service settings
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-packaged goods company
- NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification
- ability to work independently
- strong supervising skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to adapt to changes
- basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- must be able to perform physical activities including lifting/pushing up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow proper safety practices

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and manage part-time staff effectively
- oversee the preparation and presentation of products, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- train product demonstrators on preparation techniques and exceptional customer service
- facilitate communication among multiple managers, vendors, and demonstrators
- participate in new location grand openings as needed
- direct activities focused on promoting and selling vendor products
- collaborate with the District Manager on event performance metrics
- meet revenue and income objectives through effective sales strategies
- enhance customer satisfaction through improved operations
- hire, retain, train, and develop staff utilizing company resources
