Job Description

Our company is a distinguished hospitality provider specializing in hosting exceptional banquet and event experiences. With a keen focus on delivering flawless service and memorable occasions, we operate within the hotel and catering industry, ensuring our guests receive premium quality and personalized attention throughout every event. Upholding high standards in culinary excellence, venue management, and guest relations, we pride ourselves on creating an environment where both clients and attendees feel valued and satisfied. As a dynamic and forward-thinking establishment, we continuously evolve our event coordination strategies and leverage advanced tools and systems to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager role is pivotal in the seamless planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events from inception to completion. This role owns all event details once the client booking is confirmed, working closely with the sales team, culinary staff, and restaurant leadership to ensure every aspect aligns with client expectations and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing room layouts, seating plans, event timelines, staffing, and menu arrangements, ensuring events start on time and are conducted smoothly.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, adept organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Event Manager is not only responsible for the operational execution of events but also for supporting, training, and coaching banquet teams to uphold service excellence. This position involves conducting pre-event briefings, overseeing day-of-event coordination, and maintaining detailed event documentation such as Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

The role also encompasses financial oversight related to banquet operations, including monitoring labor costs, food expenses, and overall profitability. Close collaboration with the culinary team is essential to manage menu execution and timing effectively. Additionally, the Event Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate event systems, tracking performance metrics and guest feedback, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.

This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules and ensure successful outcomes. The Event Manager acts as the primary on-site contact for event hosts, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest questions or concerns professionally.

Overall, this career opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about event management within the hospitality sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, multidimensional role that demands attention to detail, leadership, and a service-oriented mindset. If you are eager to contribute to a vibrant and progressive hospitality team that values excellence in banquet event management, we encourage you to apply and bring your expertise to our respected organization.
