Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of corporate event management experience
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience managing vendors and onsite event operations
- ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
- comfortable supporting occasional evening events
- contract role onsite in Long Beach, CA
- availability June through August 2026

Job Duties
- Plan and execute onsite corporate and networking events
- manage event logistics, vendors, timelines, and run-of-show documents
- coordinate catering, AV, rentals, and guest experience
- support onsite setup, execution, and breakdown
- track budgets, invoices, and event expenses
- partner with internal teams to ensure polished, high-quality events
