The Events Manager Intern role at All-Star Sports Academy presents a unique and exciting opportunity for passionate individuals interested in the business side of sports, particularly within the realm of tournament and event management. This internship is designed to give hands-on experience in the operational and logistical aspects of sports events, ranging from pre-event preparations to on-site assistance during tournaments. Interns will gain an in-depth understanding of how tournament events are organized, including administrative tasks such as schedule creation, roster and Certificate of Insurance collection, and facilitating communication among staff, umpires, and clients. Additionally, interns will support the actual execution of tournaments which includes field maintenance, enforcing policies, scheduling games, and direct communication with coaches, parents, and umpires.
