Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or hospitality
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • excellent problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • manage event documentation and facilitate seamless transitions from sales to service
  • serve as the primary client contact on property to ensure smooth event execution and proactive issue resolution
  • identify upsell opportunities and recommend enhancements to increase contract value and elevate guest experience
  • establish and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle
  • communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to team members
  • participate in client site visits and pre-event meetings to support the sales process
  • apply sound judgment to resolve guest concerns and negotiate service adjustments in real time
