Job Requirements
- 2+ years of catering event management or hospitality experience with 1+ year in a leadership role
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable record
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk stand and lift moderate weights for extended periods

- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire our catering teams through all phases of events from loading trucks to setup to final teardown
- Be the on-site hero for clients guests and vendors ensuring every detail exceeds expectations
- Execute flawless events by interpreting Banquet Event Orders and directing food prep plating and service
- Drive the operation literally by transporting equipment and food to event locations in company vehicles
- Manage onsite logistics and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless event flow
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and customize service accordingly
- Oversee event safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
