With a focus on fostering employee growth, passion, and professional development, Aramark offers diverse career opportunities where talents are nurtured and empowered. As the primary service leader for assigned events, the Events Manager ensures service delivery aligns strictly with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and established service standards. This role actively participates in event setup, service execution, and breakdown, maintaining an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The Events Manager works closely with Directors, fellow Event Managers, Sales, and the culinary team to smoothly and professionally execute events. Benefits availability varies by location and are subject to eligibility, legal requirements, and employee status. Aramark is committed to compliance with applicable legislation related to fair employment practices, creating a supportive environment for all prospective candidates.

The role demands strong leadership skills to direct daily activities and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and service execution. The Events Manager produces and maintains work schedules, supervises and evaluates staff, assists in training and onboarding of banquet service personnel, oversees inventory and vendor orders, and ensures compliance with sanitation, HACCP, and alcohol service policies. Physical demands include lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational abilities, emotional control under stress, and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts effectively. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires dedication to delivering exceptional event experiences while supporting a collaborative team environment at Aramark.
