The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with at least three years of hands-on experience managing multiple complex events concurrently. In addition to operational excellence, the role demands strong communication skills to liaise effectively with senior government officials, executives, and various partners involved in the program. The individual must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate challenges while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving independently with minimal supervision.
