Job Requirements

  • Working knowledge of event facility management, services, and equipment

  • Knowledge of Bossier City/Shreveport area preferred
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Flexible schedule availability including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional presentation and work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Draft Sight

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and facility departments
  • Attend planning, organization, and event meetings
  • Determine event criteria and prepare detailed event documents
  • Lead contact for clients managing changes and requests
  • Coordinate with operations for equipment, room setup, and staffing
  • Plan and coordinate activities with service contractors

  • Guide clients on contract provisions and procedures
