The role involves leading and supporting the planning and execution of marketing activations for Monster Energy. This position is at the forefront of bringing the brand's vision to life through engaging activities and experiences that resonate with consumers and enhance brand loyalty. As a leader in the marketing team, you will oversee the full cycle of marketing events, from strategic development to hands-on onsite execution, ensuring all actions align with the company’s brand objectives. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with marketing, creative teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate seamless event planning and flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics, supporting event personnel, and maintaining safety and quality standards. You will also train event specialists in the setup and operation of various event equipment such as photo booths, arcade games, simulators, signage, and set pieces to ensure every event runs smoothly and provides a memorable attendee experience. Administrative duties such as expense tracking, report preparation, event documentation, and invoice management are integral parts of this role. Importantly, you will analyze event outcomes and gather feedback to continuously enhance future marketing initiatives, keeping Monster Energy at the forefront of innovative marketing trends. This position is ideal for individuals with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields, who bring 3 to 5 years of experience in event production, brand management, or product management and are ready to contribute to a vibrant and influential brand.

Job Duties

  • Work with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging activities and experiences that reflect the brand's vision and foster positive consumer interactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive event planning and execution
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication to secure necessary resources and support for events
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events, including setup, attendee engagement, and post-event breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience
  • Manage event personnel to ensure proper safety standards are met and job duties are completed to upper management's expectations
  • Train event specialists to properly use and build equipment, including but not limited to photo booths, arcade games, simulators, signage, branding, set pieces, etc
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain event equipment and materials, ensuring all items are ready for transport and coordinating with logistics teams
  • Handle various administrative duties such as tracking expenses, preparing reports, creating event recaps, and maintaining event documentation
  • Track invoices and purchase orders
  • Analyze event outcomes and use feedback to drive continuous improvements in event planning and execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative approaches with marketing
