Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- active on-site presence required during events and restaurant operational hours
- flexible schedule required
- availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to respond to urgent operational or client needs outside standard business hours
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of event management experience in beverage sales within hospitality, hotel, catering or restaurants
- strong understanding of event sales, planning, and execution workflows
- excellent client service and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple events in fast-paced environments
- vendor management, change management and risk management
- Tripleseat or similar event software experience preferred
- ServSafe, Allergen, and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications preferred or obtained within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- serve as primary client contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up
- conduct site tours, tastings, and client planning meetings
- develop event proposals, pricing, and event orders
- coordinate event details including menus, timelines, staffing, and layouts
- maintain accurate event records in event management systems
- oversee on-site event setup, service execution, and breakdown
- lead pre-shift briefings covering timelines, VIP guests, and service expectations
