Job Description
Infuse Hospitality, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is a dynamic and innovative hospitality company that specializes in delivering exceptional culinary and hospitality solutions across corporate workplaces, specialty venues, and mixed-use spaces. Dedicated to redefining how hospitality enriches the environments where people work, gather, and connect, Infuse Hospitality operates numerous dining locations nationwide. The company is committed to operational excellence, premium guest experiences, and fostering professional growth within its teams. Infuse Hospitality values diversity and encourages driven individuals eager to learn and contribute to its evolving culture.
The Events Manager at Infuse Hospitality plays a critical role in managing beverage service and hospitality events throughout the San Francisco Design Center campus. This role is not sales or commission-based; instead, it focuses heavily on operational performance, financial control, and service quality. The Events Manager serves as the primary client liaison, overseeing event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure all operations meet the highest standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and who can maintain exemplary professionalism and service. Key aspects of the role include event coordination from inquiry and site tours to proposal development and pricing, as well as managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations.
Operationally, the Events Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site event setup, service execution, breakdown, and leading pre-shift briefings to align teams on service expectations. Problem-solving skills and real-time operational decision-making are essential to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction. Leadership duties include supervising bartenders, servers, and other support staff, providing clear guidance and hands-on support during busy events. Financial responsibilities encompass preparing accurate event estimates, monitoring revenue and labor costs, and supporting budgeting efforts.
This position demands a flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as on-site presence during events is mandatory. The ideal candidate holds 3-5 years of event management experience within hospitality sectors such as beverage sales, catering, or hotels. Proficiency in event management software like Tripleseat and certifications including ServSafe, Allergen awareness, and Responsible Alcohol Service are highly preferred or must be completed soon after hire.
Infuse Hospitality fosters a culture of learning and inclusivity, encouraging applicants from diverse backgrounds who are eager to grow and embrace challenges in hospitality leadership. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service, operational success, and leading vibrant teams, this role offers meaningful career opportunities within an innovative hospitality company.
