Key metrics covered by Coalition Greenwich include market share, technology adoption, revenue performance, client relationship management, operational excellence, return on equity, brand perception, behavioral drivers, and industry evolution analysis. As a division of CRISIL, a global analytics powerhouse valued at $5 billion and majority owned by S&P Global, Coalition Greenwich stands at the forefront of financial analytics and intelligence solutions, trusted by the largest financial institutions worldwide.
The Events and Social Media Manager position is a critical role within the Coalition Greenwich marketing team. This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the company’s event program, encompassing both in-person and virtual experiences aimed at enhancing engagement and visibility among clients and stakeholders. The role supports a diverse range of events from small internal meetings to large-scale industry conferences, including proprietary company events and Voice of Client (VoC) initiatives. The manager will oversee key areas such as event sponsorships, exhibition booth logistics, speaker coordination, vendor negotiations, registration processes, and event communications to ensure smooth and successful execution.
In addition to event management, this role has a strong focus on social media strategy and execution. The manager will lead efforts to amplify event promotion and thought leadership content across major social platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Responsibilities include creating and managing social media content calendars, collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging visuals and copy, monitoring engagement metrics, and optimizing content strategies to drive event attendance, build brand presence, and foster community growth. The social media function supports marketing campaigns and aligns with broader organizational goals to position Coalition Greenwich as an industry thought leader.
This role demands a strategic and detail-oriented professional adept at juggling multiple projects and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial event management within marketing, corporate, or agency environments and possess robust skills in vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, budget management, and technology integration for both virtual and physical events. Social media expertise includes managing corporate accounts, content creation, brand consistency, compliance adherence, and data-driven optimization based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Furthermore, effective communication skills are essential to coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners at varying organizational levels. The Events and Social Media Manager will act as a key internal promoter of marketing initiatives, ensuring company-wide awareness and participation through targeted communications. Coalition Greenwich offers a supportive and flexible working environment with competitive compensation and benefits, fostering professional growth and work-life balance. The role provides a unique opportunity to influence the firm’s market positioning and client engagement strategies through innovative event and digital marketing solutions.
