This position is dedicated to supporting one of our largest year-round client accounts, requiring a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate or agency-side account management. The selected candidate will operate within a focused team tasked with managing, executing, and enhancing the client’s events and experiences throughout the year. This role demands a leader who excels in managing high-profile client relationships, navigating corporate environments with ease, and providing exceptional service coupled with strategic support. The ideal candidate acts as a key partner to the client, maintaining seamless communication lines, engaging in proactive planning, and consistently ensuring flawless execution across multiple events and initiatives. Responsibilities span from maintaining existing resources and relationships to creating new opportunities by attending industry events and joining professional associations. Regular updates will be provided to the Event Director, overseeing various project aspects including strategic guidance, creative development, meetings, budget and vendor management, process documentation, and onsite event supervision. The role also involves supporting Senior Project Managers to guarantee team and client success. A capacity to manage multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-demand environment is essential, alongside the ability to mentor and delegate within the team. The candidate must showcase independent work discipline and adaptability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Exceptional commitment to customer service, problem solving, and deliverables success is paramount. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and acute attention to detail drive the continued success in project and budget management. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required, paired with the physical capability to manage onsite project elements in varying environmental conditions including prolonged standing, walking, and exposure to noise and weather patterns. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years corporate or agency-side account management experience
- Proven experience managing high-profile client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and vendors
- Capacity to work independently and within a team
- Ability to travel regionally as required
- Physically able to perform onsite duties including standing and walking for long periods

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field

Job Duties
- Maintain existing resources and relationships
- Create and maintain resources and relationships by attending events, conferences, and/or joining and participating in industry-related associations
- Report to Event Director on status updates of projects
- Manage all or part(s) of project aspects including planning, execution, strategic guidance, concept and creative development
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and conference calls with clients and internally
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Oversee documentation and internal process flows
- Provide onsite event management
- Support Senior Project Managers to ensure team and client success
- Undertake periodic regional travel
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain high productivity while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Delegate, mentor, and manage team workloads
- Exhibit confidence working independently and flexibility in teamwork
