Job Description

Our company is a distinguished hotel and event venue that prides itself on delivering unparalleled hospitality and memorable experiences. Known for its elegant banquet facilities and commitment to exceptional service, our establishment caters to a wide array of events including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings. We emphasize a collaborative work environment where each team member contributes directly to the success and satisfaction of our guests. As a leader in the hospitality industry, we uphold standards of excellence and innovation to ensure that every event hosted within our walls is nothing short of extraordinary.

The Event Manager role is a pivotal position within our banquet operations team, offering the opportunity to drive seamless event execution from planning through completion. This full-time, salaried position requires a proactive professional who can manage the intricacies of event management with precision and a focus on guest satisfaction. The Event Manager assumes full ownership of each booked event, ensuring all logistical elements such as room layouts, seating arrangements, timelines, and staffing are meticulously coordinated. Working closely with the Sales Manager, Culinary team, and Restaurant Leadership, the incumbent acts as the central point of contact for all event-related needs.

This role demands an individual who excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments, bringing strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to every event. The Event Manager's responsibilities extend beyond day-of execution to include operational leadership such as developing and enforcing banquet standard operating procedures, training staff, and monitoring event profitability. An important aspect of the position involves collaborating across departments to maintain high service standards and drive continuous improvement through measurable KPIs. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in interpreting banquet event orders (BEOs), managing special requests, and overseeing technical and vendor partnerships related to banquet systems.

The ideal Event Manager possesses excellent guest-service skills and thrives on delivering exceptional and personalized experiences. Flexibility is essential as the schedule will include nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of our event calendar. Proficiency in banquet event software and CRM tools is required to streamline operations and documentation. This role is an excellent career growth opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and event management, providing a platform to influence guest experiences and contribute to the financial success of our banquet services.
