Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with over 360 locations across North America. It provides engaging and exciting experiences through bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league in bowling that has millions of fans worldwide, and is a growing media property. With a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, Lucky Strike Entertainment stands as a premier figure in the entertainment industry, fostering innovations that combine fun, games, and memorable social experiences.

As an Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be stepping into a vibrant and dynamic role that goes beyond traditional management. You'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable events that encapsulate the fun-filled atmosphere of the venue. The position offers a pay range of $30 to $35 per hour, classified under an 'OTHER' employment type. Alongside competitive compensation, this opportunity comes with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive rewards package that includes healthcare coverage among various other benefits.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Event Hosts to ensure that every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Operations teams to create a flawless experience that encourages guests to return repeatedly. The role demands exceptional organizational skills, a knack for leadership, and an innate ability to provide extraordinary customer service. Your leadership will be key in training, scheduling, and guiding event staff to uphold the company’s guest-focused standards.

Your days will be full of diverse tasks, from personally hosting special events to overseeing event setups and coordinating activities that bring the party to life. You will work directly with clients, forming personal connections and making sure their event needs are not just met but exceeded. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver guest satisfaction through efficient event operations and keen attention to detail. Maintaining flexibility in working hours will be essential as events often extend to evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position calls for a professional with at least one year of management experience, two or more years working as a banquet captain, and preferably a bachelor’s degree. Understanding of food and beverage (F&B), hospitality industry standards, event planning and execution, as well as familiarity with MS Office Suite, database software, and point-of-sale systems are highly advantageous.

Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters a work environment typical of the entertainment industry, involving physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting items with some assistance. You will be part of a team dedicated to creating thrilling, guest-centric events that capture the spirit of celebration and enjoyment, making every party a success. This is an exceptional career opportunity for those passionate about event management and hospitality, who thrive in a lively, fast-paced setting where the perfect party is always the goal.
