The role of an Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about managing outstanding events in a lively environment that includes bowling, arcade games, amazing parties, and delicious food. This position involves managing a team of Event Hosts to ensure every event client and guest has an extraordinary experience. Reporting directly to the center's General Manager, the Event Operations Manager plays a critical role in orchestrating the seamless execution of events, coordinating closely with sales and operations teams, and taking personal ownership of client satisfaction. This role requires outstanding organizational and people skills as well as flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

As an Event Operations Manager, you will act as the ultimate host, overseeing event setups, managing your team, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return. You will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their event needs are not only met but exceeded while fostering a culture of guest-focused hosting within your team. Utilizing comprehensive event reporting and guest feedback, you will continuously strive for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Managing staff scheduling through a client database to forecast events and ensuring staff adherence to HR policies, the position entails both leadership and administrative responsibilities. Job Requirements

  • 1 year or more of management experience
  • 2 years or more of banquet captain experience
  • bachelor’s degree
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • broad knowledge and experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
  • knowledge of POS register systems
