Job Duties

  • plan coordinate and oversee all campus events meetings and catered functions
  • act as the primary point of contact for clients internal teams and catering partners from start to finish
  • ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • lead train and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution
  • collaborate with culinary operations and administrative teams to manage logistics
  • maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process
