Job Duties
- plan coordinate and oversee all campus events meetings and catered functions
- act as the primary point of contact for clients internal teams and catering partners from start to finish
- ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
- lead train and motivate banquet and service staff for smooth execution
- collaborate with culinary operations and administrative teams to manage logistics
- maintain clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution process
