Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management
- Proven experience managing large budgets and complex logistics
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Cupertino, CA
- Must be familiar with project management tools and event management software
Job Qualifications

- Extensive experience in international event planning and execution
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events with budgets exceeding $1 million
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously
Job Duties
- Curate VIP and executive experiences
- Manage strategy to execution program management for Tier 1 events and experiences
- Identify and recommend cities, dates, and specific venues that meet program requirements and budget
- Research, arrange, and lead site visits with key stakeholders
- Research, arrange, and lead vendor interviews with key stakeholders
- Negotiate and execute contracts with selected vendors to client policy, terms and conditions
- Identify and adhere to project milestones
