- 1-2 years of experience in event management or related area
- OR 2-year degree in hospitality or related field
- At least 1 year experience in event management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

- Availability to attend site inspections and meetings

- Experience in event management or related professional area (1-2 years)
- 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Experience in event management or related area (minimum 1 year)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
Job Duties
- Ensures events progress seamlessly by following procedures and collaborating with employees
- Greets customers during events and transitions to the Event Operations team
- Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensures billing accuracy and reviews bills with clients
- Manages group room blocks and meeting spaces for assigned groups
- Identifies and solves operational challenges with staff and customers
- Acts as liaison between sales and customers throughout event phases
- Participates in customer site inspections
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the event process
- Coordinates and communicates event details effectively
- Oversees customer experience from file turnover to post-event phase
- Responds to guest problems and complaints
- Leads pre- and post-event meetings
- Up-sells products and services
- Forecasts group sleeping rooms and event revenue
- Reviews employee service behaviors and assists in corrective action plans
- Solicits feedback to improve event planner experience
