The company also proudly owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league organization and media entity that attracts millions of fans globally. This strong foundation in entertainment combined with a media presence gives Lucky Strike a unique position in the market, blending live experiences with digital engagement to create memorable moments for all guests.
The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a unique opportunity that combines fun, hospitality, and leadership. This isn't just any managerial role; it is a chance to engage with a wide range of guests and manage spectacular parties that leave lasting impressions. The Event Operations Manager leads a team of Event Hosts, ensuring every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied. Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership capacity, and a passion for impeccable guest service. The successful candidate will be a key ambassador of the brand, responsible for creating seamless event experiences that encourage repeat business and foster strong client relationships.
In this fast-paced environment, the Event Operations Manager must be hands-on and flexible, ready to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. Duties include hosting events, managing and scheduling staff, collaborating with sales and operations teams, and handling event reporting and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement. The manager will also enforce HR policies, including counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring a professional and motivated workforce that reflects the company’s high standards.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $58,000 plus commission, reflecting the importance and impact of the role within the company. Beyond salary, Lucky Strike Entertainment provides an attractive total rewards package including healthcare coverage and performance-based incentives, underscoring their commitment to employee wellbeing and motivation.
The ideal candidate for the Event Operations Manager role will bring at least one year of management experience and two or more years as a Banquet Captain, alongside a bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, hospitality, and special events planning are critical, as is proficiency in MS Office, database software, and POS register systems. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to successfully motivate and guide a team during busy, high-profile events.
If you're looking for a career where every day brings new celebrations, meaningful client interactions, and exciting entertainment, this role offers all that and more. Lucky Strike Entertainment provides a lively and engaging work environment where you can grow your career, showcase your event management expertise, and be part of a world-class team dedicated to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
