Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in event management hospitality or a related field preferred
  • proven experience in event management or coordination
  • strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changes
  • familiarity with catering and hospitality standards
  • proficiency in event planning software is a plus

  • experience managing vendor and client relationships
  • proficient time management organizational and budgeting skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate with clients to understand their event vision
  • manage event logistics including scheduling and resource allocation
  • liaise with vendors and catering staff to ensure smooth execution
  • supervise events on-site ensuring all aspects meet quality and service standards
  • problem-solve any issues that arise during the event
  • collaborate with the catering team to synchronize service and logistics
  • adhere to event timelines and budget constraints
