Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in event management hospitality or a related field preferred
- proven experience in event management or coordination
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- capacity to work under pressure and adapt to changes
- familiarity with catering and hospitality standards
- proficiency in event planning software is a plus

Job Duties
- coordinate with clients to understand their event vision
- manage event logistics including scheduling and resource allocation
- liaise with vendors and catering staff to ensure smooth execution
- supervise events on-site ensuring all aspects meet quality and service standards
- problem-solve any issues that arise during the event
- collaborate with the catering team to synchronize service and logistics
- adhere to event timelines and budget constraints
