Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in event management or related field
- demonstrated passion for classical music and live events
- ability to manage event staff onsite
- strong organizational and communication skills
- driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- availability for weekly evening shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays
- willingness to work some holidays excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas
- able to drive or arrange transportation for event supplies
- high level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- ability to handle public speaking occasionally
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in event management or a relevant degree preferred
- passion for live music and event organization
- exceptional customer service skills
- experience leading an on-site team
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work in high-pressure environments
- knowledge of AV and PA systems desirable
- proficient with personal laptop usage
- valid driver's license strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Act as main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events and staff
- communicate directly with Fever Originals manager
- maintain full visibility into staff roster and set schedule
- communicate with staffing agency about any reschedules of events
- ensure each staff member is trained in their duties including ticket validation, guest seating, and candle setup
- drive uHaul with event supplies to and from venues or arrange alternatives
- manage inventory and track supplies at venues
- manage printing needs and guest lists
- manage opening and closing remarks including occasional public speaking
- weekly reporting to Fever Originals Project Managers on event status and feedback
- assist with evaluating and executing walk-throughs of potential venues
- represent Fever and Candlelight brands professionally and handle customer service at events
