Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Event Operations Manager ensures a seamless and enjoyable event experience, combining operational efficiency with exceptional guest service. With a pay rate of $26.00 to $29.00 per hour plus commission, the role offers both competitive compensation and incentive-based rewards, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage.

In this role, the Event Operations Manager is the ultimate host, overseeing all aspects of event setup, managing staff schedules based on client bookings, and maintaining high standards of guest interaction and satisfaction.   • Bachelor’s degree
  • one year or more of management experience
  • two years or more as banquet captain
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • broad knowledge or experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software preferred
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Host special events
  • manage your team of event hosts
  • oversee all setup of appropriate areas
