Job Requirements
- legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of application
- more than 3 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand activations
- background in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing, or related field
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proven ability to execute complex, high-end events with multiple stakeholders

Job Duties
- develop and execute a dynamic calendar of events, in-store animations and programming aligned with commercial, brand, and cultural objectives
- translate brand partnerships into elevated, on-brand experiences
- contribute to the ideation of innovative concepts that drive traffic, engagement, and sales
- own events from concept to execution to post-mortem
- build and manage detailed timelines, budgets, and run-of-shows
- ensure all deliverables are met across both Printemps-led events and brand collaborations
- act as the central point of coordination across all internal teams including visual merchandising, buying/merchandising, PR & communications, social media & content, retail & client experience, and F&B/hospitality
- guarantee full alignment and visibility of each event across teams
- serve as the main point of contact for brand partners, agencies, and collaborators
- lead all logistical aspects of events including vendor sourcing and management, production, and on-site coordination
- anticipate challenges and troubleshoot in real time
- ensure seamless, high-touch experience for all guests, especially VIP clients
- support private shopping events, trunk shows, and brand-hosted activations
- collaborate closely with client experience and personal shopping teams
- partner with PR, marketing, and social teams to ensure proper pre-event communication and maximize post-event visibility and amplification
