The company specializes in delivering unique and exciting experiential offerings that include bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As a dynamic entertainment platform, Lucky Strike Entertainment is also the proud owner of the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league in the bowling world that enjoys widespread popularity and millions of fans globally. This vibrant company is dedicated to creating memorable moments for its guests by combining thrilling entertainment activities with exceptional customer service and immersive event experiences.

Working at Lucky Strike Entertainment means being part of a culturally rich and fun environment where you can engage with diverse teams and guests in lively, fast-paced settings. The company’s commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction ensures that every location remains a top choice for entertainment and social gatherings. Beyond just fun and games, Lucky Strike Entertainment has a comprehensive approach to employee well-being through competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and a broad total rewards package, including healthcare and other benefits. This reflects the company’s dedication to fostering a supportive workplace for its staff while encouraging professional growth and success.

The Event Operations Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about crafting unforgettable events and leading teams to success. Reporting directly to the center’s General Manager, this position calls for exceptional organizational and leadership skills combined with the ability to maintain outstanding guest satisfaction. Event Operations Managers are the driving force behind flawless event execution, overseeing a team of Event Hosts who ensure that every detail—from event setup to post-event reporting—is handled with precision and care.

In this role, you will be the master of ceremonies responsible for hosting special events and managing event hosts, ensuring that all event areas are properly prepared and elegantly presented according to client needs. Collaboration with Sales and Operations teams is key, as you help shape seamless event experiences that encourage repeat bookings and foster long-term client relationships. An essential aspect of your job will be to personally connect with clients, making sure their expectations are not just met, but exceeded through exceptional service standards. You will champion a guest-focused culture, continuously encouraging your team to prioritize guest satisfaction.

Being an Event Operations Manager requires adaptability since events often occur outside standard working hours. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, is necessary to meet the demands of a vibrant entertainment venue. In addition to operational duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate event reports and utilizing feedback to drive continual improvements. Managing the event team involves not only scheduling and forecasting but also providing counseling and disciplinary action in line with HR policies.

Candidates for this role should bring at least one year of management experience along with a solid background in the hospitality industry, specifically in event planning and execution. Familiarity with food and beverage operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software, and knowledge of POS register systems will be highly advantageous. If you are a skilled communicator and a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences, this is the perfect position to take your event management career to the next level within an innovative and fun company. The pay range for this position is $26.00 to $29.00 per hour plus commission, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package reflecting Lucky Strike Entertainment’s commitment to employee satisfaction and development.
