- Minimum of 3 years event management experience in a high volume environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and reliability under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and event management software

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of pre-event planning, onsite logistics and post-event wrap up
- Plan menus, layout, decor, and booking external vendors when appropriate for events
- Track the event budget from initial stages, and provide an after-event summary of cost
- Collaborate with key partners to ensure delivery of all event requirements including AV, Marketing, Facilities, Procurement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide recommendations based on experience and trends in the industry to enhance each event
- Attend weekly WPS cross-team organizational meetings
