The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. Reporting to the center's General Manager, the Event Operations Manager oversees a team of Event Hosts responsible for executing high-quality events. This role involves managing special events, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and fostering strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. The position demands a highly personable individual capable of motivating and directing a team, managing detailed event operations, and continuously improving service quality based on guest feedback. This position requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours, reflecting the vibrant and dynamic nature of the entertainment industry.

The Event Operations Manager plays a critical role in bringing events to life by collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams to design and deliver flawless event experiences. You will be the primary host during events, responsible for overseeing event setups, managing staff schedules based on forecasting from client databases, and addressing any staffing issues following company HR policies. This position also involves directly connecting with clients to surpass their expectations and ensuring every guest’s needs are met with personalized attention. The work environment is lively and involves physical activity such as walking, bending, standing for long periods, and occasionally lifting items with assistance. Successful candidates will have experience in event planning, execution, and hospitality, supported by excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $56,000 to $58,000 annually plus commission. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • one year or more of management experience
  • two years or more banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • event planning and execution experience
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift with assistance
