Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 1 year management experience
- at least 2 years banquet captain experience
- familiarity with food and beverage industry
- event planning and execution experience
- ability to use MS Office and database software
- knowledge of POS systems
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- 2 years plus banquet captain experience
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- experience in event planning and execution
- proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
- knowledge of POS register systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Host special events
- manage team of event hosts
- oversee event area setup
- collaborate with sales and operations for seamless event execution
- build and maintain client relationships
- ensure guest satisfaction exceeds expectations
- complete event reporting and use feedback to improve
- forecast events and schedule staff
- counsel and discipline staff as per HR policies
- work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
