Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company renowned for its dynamic and experiential offerings across North America. With over 360 locations, Lucky Strike provides an exciting range of entertainment options including bowling, arcade games, amusement parks, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As a company, it also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league bowling organization with millions of fans worldwide, reflecting its strong presence not only in entertainment but also in sports media. Lucky Strike focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages by combining fun, social interaction, and exceptional service in vibrant, modern venues.

The role of Event Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments where no two days are the same. This position involves managing and leading a team of Event Hosts to deliver outstanding event experiences that exceed guest expectations. The Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of event execution—from coordinating event set-ups and orchestrating the activities of staff, to directly engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met and their events run smoothly. Reporting directly to the center's General Manager, this role requires a professional who combines strong organizational skills with superior interpersonal abilities and a passion for hospitality.

Working closely with Sales and Operations teams, the Event Operations Manager ensures that every event delivers seamless service and creates a lasting impression that encourages repeat bookings. This role demands flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as events dictate. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the nuances of the hospitality and event management industry, demonstrates leadership in managing teams, and can cultivate a guest-focused culture. By analyzing guest feedback and event reports, the Event Operations Manager continually refines processes to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $58,000, plus commission, along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage among other perks. Located onsite at Lucky Strike Entertainment venues, this in-person position provides an unparalleled opportunity to grow within an innovative and expanding entertainment company. If you are passionate about creating unforgettable events and leading dynamic teams in a fun and energetic environment, this career path offers both challenge and reward in equal measure.
