Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of 1 year management experience
  • at least 2 years banquet captain experience
  • familiarity with food and beverage industry
  • event planning and execution experience
  • ability to use MS Office and database software
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year plus management experience
  • 2 years plus banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Host special events
  • manage team of event hosts
  • oversee event area setup
  • collaborate with sales and operations for seamless event execution
  • build and maintain client relationships
  • ensure guest satisfaction exceeds expectations
  • complete event reporting and use feedback to improve
  • forecast events and schedule staff
  • counsel and discipline staff as per HR policies
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
