This position requires someone with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, professional demeanor under pressure, and the ability to independently manage time and resources efficiently. Preferred experience includes familiarity with tradeshow platforms such as ExhibitForce and a background or personal interest in fishing and boating, which aligns closely with Brunswick's marine recreation focus.

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $49,900 to $92,700 annually, subject to experience, qualifications, and business needs, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Brunswick offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401k plan with company match, health savings account contributions, wellness programs, and employee product purchase discounts. This role is an ideal opportunity for candidates passionate about marketing, project management, and marine recreation, eager to contribute to a forward-thinking company recognized as a leader in the marine industry and dedicated to innovation and employee development.
