Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years leadership experience managing teams of 5-10 agents
  • experience in marketing or sales
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as bending, stepping up, and kneeling
  • availability to travel extensively to event and retail sites
  • ability to work varied hours including weekends
  • strong organizational and research skills
  • ability to provide constructive feedback and coach team members

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years in a leadership role supporting teams of 5-10 outside agents
  • experience in marketing and/or sales
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills including ability to listen
  • flexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • ability to conduct research and work under tight deadlines
  • data-driven mindset with ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
  • ability to deliver difficult feedback and advise management
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event/retail location
  • conduct event site visits each weekend to provide on-site coaching and submit reviews to the senior manager
  • assist with recruiting, hiring, and training event marketing promoters
  • research and book events/retail locations
  • ensure all lead setting policies and procedures are followed
  • maintain a positive and competitive atmosphere among event agents
  • act as point of contact for all event agents on location
  • work actively in the field alongside the team or provide support as needed
  • take on call center responsibilities to qualify and set appointments when necessary
  • conduct in-person one-on-one coaching sessions
  • set up, execute, and break down events
  • provide consumer feedback and event recaps to senior management
  • maintain professionalism and manage event inventory and display materials
