The role you are applying for is an Event Marketing Supervisor position where the successful candidate will spend approximately half of their time in the office and the other half traveling to events and retail sites. This hybrid approach ensures a dynamic work environment that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. In the office, you will support the Senior Manager of Event Marketing by recruiting, hiring, and training event marketing promoters, preparing support materials, scheduling, and assisting with vendor and sponsorship negotiations. You will also contribute to the research and booking of events in targeted areas such as Charleston and Hilton Head.

When out in the field, your responsibilities will include visiting event sites weekly to conduct onsite training with promoters, ensure compliance with lead generation tactics, and execute event setups and breakdowns. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing detailed reviews of each site visit to the Senior Manager. Key responsibilities also include delivering coaching through one-on-one sessions, managing event-related inventory, and serving occasionally in call center roles to qualify appointments. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle dynamic schedules, and a results-driven approach supported by data analysis. This position offers a total compensation package in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 plus bonuses and includes benefits such as paid training, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday with some variation based on event schedules and office support needs. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a versatile and energetic environment and who is passionate about marketing, sales, and team leadership within a well-respected company that values community and employee development.
