Job Requirements
- minimum two years leadership experience supporting teams of 5-10 outside agents
- experience in marketing and/or sales
- flexibility to adapt in changing environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to conduct research and meet deadlines
- data-driven with storytelling ability from data
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal listening skills
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- foster a culture of positive reinforcement at each event or retail location
- conduct event site visits each weekend to provide onsite coaching and submit reviews to Sr. Manager
- assist with recruiting, hiring, and training event marketing promoters
- research and book events or retail locations
- ensure compliance with RBA lead setting policies and procedures
- maintain a positive, competitive atmosphere among event agents
- act as point of contact for event agents on location
- be actively working and available in the field during team working hours
- take on call center responsibilities as needed to qualify appointments and schedule
- conduct in-person one-on-one coaching sessions
- set up, execute, and break down events
- provide consumer feedback and event recaps to Senior Manager
- maintain professionalism and manage inventory of display materials
