Job Requirements
- open to college juniors, seniors, and graduate students seeking an internship to fulfill class credits and/or paid internship
- housing/transportation are the responsibility of the student
- must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
- must be available during normal business hours, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the Addition Financial Arena event calendar
- must have experience using microsoft office and excel
- must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- must be customer service oriented and professional

Job Duties
- work with event managers to correct department deficiencies
- learn to lead, manage, and supervise part time event staff
- learn to read and understand event diagrams and event instructions
- learn event configuration standards and setup requirements
- learn the various departments in the building and their event day responsibilities
- gain hands on experience in the event planning process, having the opportunity to learn and impact a wide array of events
