The Event Intern role at Addition Financial Arena offers a unique opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in event management and hospitality. This internship is designed to provide practical experience in the day-to-day operations of the guest services department, focusing on event planning and staffing. Interns will work closely with Event Managers to gain insights into the full lifecycle of events, from initial planning stages to execution and post-event evaluation. They will learn essential skills such as interpreting event diagrams and floorplans, managing and supervising part-time event staff, and understanding event configuration standards. Paying an hourly rate of $20.00, this internship lasts from May 4th, 2026, to July 31st, 2026, offering a structured timeframe for immersive learning and professional growth. The position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with availability during normal business hours as well as nights, weekends, and holidays according to the event calendar of Addition Financial Arena. Ideal candidates are college juniors, seniors, or graduate students seeking internship credit or paid internship experience to complement their academic pursuits.
